How custom orders work
Ordering a custom 3D print is simple. Here is the full process, from idea to delivery, plus answers to the questions I get the most.
Send your idea
Pick a builder or use the open custom order form. Include photos, colors, size, deadline, and anything that matters to you.
Review and quote
I look at the request, confirm the details, and reply with a price and timeline. For open-ended pieces, we may go back and forth once or twice to nail the scope.
Print and finish
Once payment is confirmed, I print, clean, and check the piece. Custom cats and crabs are printed in PLA filament and assembled by hand.
Ship or show pickup
Orders ship flat rate, or you can pick them up at a show I am attending. I will let you know when it is on the way or ready for pickup.
