This website is operated by Velk Studio LLC, a limited liability company filed in Ohio. The brand name "Velk Studio" refers to the same business.

Orders are placed through the custom builders or the open custom order form. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed through Stripe. You do not need an account to check out, but you can create one optionally to see order history.

Custom pieces are made to order. I will confirm details and timeline by email if anything is unclear before printing.

Shipping is a flat $10 per order within the United States and is free on orders of two or more custom cats. Pieces can also be picked up for free at a show I am attending. Pick a show during checkout and I will bring your order to that event.

Custom orders are made for you and cannot be resold. If something arrives damaged or does not match the agreed details, contact cris@velkstudio.com within 14 days of delivery with photos and a description. I will make it right with a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Photos you upload for custom orders are used only to make your piece. I may ask permission before sharing customer photos on social media. Product designs, photos, and site content belong to Velk Studio LLC unless otherwise noted.

I collect only what is needed to run the site and fulfill orders: name, email, shipping address, order details, and uploaded photos for custom work. Drop list signups collect email and optional name and phone number.

Your information is stored in our backend systems and is not sold or shared with third parties except as needed to process payments (Stripe) or ship orders. Optional account passwords are handled by the authentication provider.

You can ask to see, update, or delete your information by emailing cris@velkstudio.com.

These terms may be updated as the business grows. The date of the latest update will be noted here when changes are made.
