How fast will my site be ready?
Most demos are ready to preview within a few days. Your finished site typically launches within two weeks of your first payment, depending on how quickly you send over your details.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Hosting, security, uptime, and unlimited access to every lead your site brings in. It does not include new work on the site. Edits, new pages and new features are billed at $75 an hour.
What if I want changes later?
Send over what you want and you get a quote first at $75 an hour. Nothing gets built and nothing gets billed until you approve the estimate.
What happens if I cancel?
Your site goes offline at the end of your paid month. Nothing is deleted. If you start paying again, it comes right back.
Do I own my site?
You own your content, your photos and your business information. The site itself runs on Velk Studio's system while your subscription is active.
Can I see it before I pay?
Yes. You get a private link to a working demo of your site first. You only pay when you decide you want it.
